An invitation to you

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank you, Thank you for your precious time that you are taking to read this post, Thank you for opening yourself to what I have to say, but mostly, Thank you for being you.  I hold space for you in Love, acceptance and non-judgement.

As you may know we will be exiting the year of the Wood Snake and entering into the year of the Fire Horse on 17. February 2026, this is an exciting time for all of humanity, but the energy that is swirling all around us can feel intense and chaotic, and with this, I invite you to the Island of Calm.  On some timeline, this is an actual physical place, but on this timeline, it is a place in our minds eye.  I was made aware of this place when I was going through a very intense time of my life, and I wasn’t sure how I was going to face the next day let alone the next minute, boom!  There it was in my minds eye, this palm tree on a island surrounded by water, sand and a lush jungle, in that moment I had a sense of peace and being held like I have never had before.  I knew that anytime that I needed this sense of peace I only had to think of it and it would appear, and sure enough it did, it took a little bit of practice, but now I can do it in an instant.  Just the other day when I was communing with my guides and they were asking me to invite all in to this beautiful place they showed me one of the times that I used it in another lifetime.  By the dress and architecture I would say that it was sometime in the 1400’s, it felt like a Germanic country, and I was in my mid 30’s and I was accused of being a witch, working with Satan, even though like so many witches of the time and many more times, I was a healer and a mid-wife, my life was meager yet full, and I was the most happy when I was helping and healing.  Yet, there I was, tied to a post surrounded by fire, and it was then that I was told “Go to your island, go to your place of calm, go to your island of calm.”  I knew instinctively what I was being told.  I closed my eyes and with out taking a breath I departed my body and I was on the island of calm, I was with my Palm tree, I could not feel what was happening to my human body, nor did I care.  I have also learned that this is unusually my first stop after I leave my human body in any incarnation, what a beautiful thing.  So I invite you to join me, to join me in this magical, beautiful and calming place.

How do you do this?  For the first few times you will want to give yourself a place where you can close your eyes and breathe, this is to help you arrive there so that when you want to be there instantaneously you will be able to achieve that.  In a quiet place, take a deep breath for the count of 8, hold for a count of 10 and release the breathe for a count of 12, do this two more times.  In your heart and through your voice, set the following intention, “I asked to be welcomed to this island, I come in love, gratitude, joy and communion with the All that I am.”  Now, think or picture a tall, tall palm tree, swaying in the breeze, bending and then tall.  Sense the breeze that is blowing, hear the waves gently lapping onto the sand, smell the salt that is in the air, now look around and think or picture the beach, and then moving inward the lush jungle teeming with fauna and flora.  See the lightening bugs, the hummingbirds and the dragonflies.  Now feel your feet in the sand.  If you need support lean on the Palm tree, it is there ready to support you.  You are now fully there.  Stay as along as you want, knowing that this place is available to you any time you need it.  The more you come here the easier it will be to get there quickly.   

What my guides have also shared with me that I will have a sense when someone comes, but it will only be a sense, I won’t know who there or where they come from or even what troubles them, I will only have a sense to send love and acceptance.  I love that I can do that for the world, I love that I can do that for you.
