Cancellation Policy
Booking an Akashic Records Reading: To schedule an Akashic Records reading, you must first book a 30-minute intake session. This session will: Introduce you to the Akashic Records. Answer any questions you may have. Help you understand what to expect during the reading. Guide you on how the phrasing of your questions can impact the information you receive. The Akashic Records reading itself is 1 hour long. Please be sure to join the waiting room 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session time to ensure a smooth start. There are two different Reiki sessions available: one lasting 30 minutes and the other 1 hour. These sessions are conducted over Zoom, and I ask that you be in a comfortable spot where energy is free-flowing during this time. Channeling sessions last 1 hour and are also conducted over Zoom. I ask that you be in a private, quiet space that allows love, light, and wisdom to come through. We have a strictly enforced 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your session within this timeframe, a cancellation fee will apply, which can be used towards a rebooking session. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit the session. Please be aware that punctuality is important to ensure the best experience.
